    Comodo Registry Cleaner

Whatever you do, make sure that it doesn't involve using Comodo Registry Cleaner. I used this software to fix my registry, when it first came out and it destroyed my pc. I noticed a review of the latest version praising it, so i installed it, thinking that they had fixed their early problems. They haven't
after running the cleaner i rebooted my pc to the blue bios screen of death.
If 'improving the cleaner' means that it f*cks up your pc, then they have improved it. The person who gave a good review is a complete fool. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

It could happen to anyone who uses registry cleaners.
No matter what they are just software that is programmed by human and cleaning up registry is a pretty risky task. Once the software wrongly recognized a value to remove, it could result in Windows unbootable.

Registry cleaners, regardless of brand, are for experienced users ONLY! They can do irreversible damage to your system if you do not understand WHAT they are doing. In reality, most of them do not do much to 'speed up' your computer, as all of their authors claim. If you want to speed up your computer, my first suggestion would be to actually learn what your computer does, and how it does it. Do not rely on 'magic' software that claims increased performance unless you understand how your system operates, and what the 'magic' program does. Learn before you blindly run unknown software.

For me it happened when I used ccleaner it just deleted important files and not only junks, but the pc booted normally, I used commodo for sometime but the only thing that I noticed that It deleted the reinitialize tool of the internet properties, so I had to go to system 32 and initialize it again. Contact commodo and they can help you and also they can update their soft with the info that you will give to them!

I totally agree...I had my own fair share of both good and bad experiences with registry cleaners..Now, I am sticking to my trusted CCleaner...it has not failed me yet.

P.S. Comodo registry cleaner CAN be aggressive...be sure to configure it correctly before use and it is advisable to set a system restore point...it saved me lots of trouble before.
