Prob upgrading Norton 09 to 10

I registered for Norton in Spainish site but used the eng version.

now while upgrading I got an error like the one in screenshot.

Pls help.

Can any one provide the link for Norton AntiVirus 2010 eng version.

I have got the product key.

yeah, just uninstall the 2009 and install the 2010 version
