How to back up games

This might seem like a silly question, but I need to back up games to transfer to a new pc. I have Paragon Drive Backup Professional 9, I have googled and googled but can't find the answer. Will this back up all the games including registratiion keys if I clone a disc or back up the drive and load it into the new PC. I am doing this for a friend. Thanks for all your advice.

Depends if it backs up the registry or not with it. If not, download this and add it to your backed up folders.

Thanks very much for your help on this. My head is swimming with the best way to go - clone disc, disc backup, windows transfer wizard.

I'd do a disk backup, so you can reburn the ISOs down the road.
