WLM problem with sending files and photos

I have successfully installed WLM , the latest version , but whenever I try to send a file or a photo in chat or by drag and drop the messenger closes and sign out and disappear from taskbar.
I have completely uninstalled it , and installed a fresh copy
but the problem still remains .

By saying completely uninstalled it, even the registries and files are clean?

Did you turn on your file scanning for your WLM? Try to disable it either from the settings from your AV or turn off the file scanning from the options in WLM.

Does it only happen if you drag-drop? How bout from "Send Files" in the window?

in both cases in closes . even when I try to edit options of "file transfers' it closes

You havent answered my first Q, have you performed clean uninstallation?

I have installed a fresh windows ..... but still the same problem

wow~ try booting to safe mode and login to your WLM to send some files. Check if this problem still persists
