Outlook Express connection problem

Hi there,
i have that problem to my outlook... and i don`t find what is the problem... my email client work only when he wants... and now is a big problem for me... can u help me?

It looks like a connection time out problem.
Is your internet connection stable? What POP server are you trying to connect perhaps I can try to diagnose and see if the server is stable or not.

My connection is stable because i have a guaranteed line, and server has the same line. The ip from server is 82.208.156.153.
