Anyones know what is this? its taking 100Mb of netbook HDD?

Can I uninstall it? What does it do? Is it safe to remove it?

I am mainly removing everything that is HP from my netbook as they eat up a lot of ram and space

I'd assume it's okay, but they are the documentation that it came with. So it should be fine without.
