can u elaborate that? i doubt very much your problem is ccleaner related.
-
I doubt that very much. CCleaner is very safe app and it doesn't even run in the real time so it must be something else.

No,CCleaner is safe and necessary for every PC! It works great for me since many years.
You have an other problem.

Control-Alt-Delete, Task Manager, and then to the Processes tab.
Click on CPU, then on Memory, and write out what's at the top of both lists (make sure it's the highest numbers on top)
pacman -Syyu life not found in sync db

It an only be CCleaner. My computerwould be running fine but once i install CCleaner its slow.

Maybe remove C Cleaner if you think that is your problem.
Winaso Optimizer [Trial version] is a very good program .better than C Cleaner in my opinion but the trial version will only repair 10 items at a time but you can run it as often as you like.
It also does an automatic back up.
http://www.winaso.com/ remember it is the trial version and that is free and lasts forever.

I highly doubt that CCleaner is the one at fault but if it really is, I have nothing but a few guesses to make:
1) If your browsing speed feels slower now after installing CCleaner, it might be due to your PC or rather browser using the cache to 'speed' up browsing and that when CCleaner removes the cache, browsing the web feels 'slower'...if this is the case, untick the option or set CCleaner not to remove cache...
2) Another possibility is that CCleaner might have accidentally removed some registry keys which your PC needs and that's what's causing the 'slowness'. If this is the case, you have to find those keys (did you backup them before removal) and merge it back to the registry...
3) If the two 'solutions' above doesn't help, then a probable solution is to remove/uninstall it and see if it makes a difference. If it does, then CCleaner is to be blame (rare case) but if it doesn't, then it's something else..
4) Or you can always do a system restore to a previous state before you install CCleaner...that is if you had not disable system restore.

Did you download CCleaner from the right site? Or did you install a 2008/2009/2010 version?
And Amature Programmer, I doubt it highly that you installed the right CCleaner. Most of us have used it for years and swear by it. You now being one to swear at it... it means you've done something wrong, not CCleaner.
