Pre-installed W7 Home Premium on Sony Vaio?

My dad just bought me a Sony Vaio (2weeks ago) with a pre-installed Windows 7 Home Premium OS; it didn't come with the Disc... so I'm wondering if I'm able to download the Windows 7 Home Premium Microsoft.com?

You can't do that because I don't think MS stores the ISO on their servers. Contact Sony to see if they can't ship you recovery disks or something of the like if you'd like to get something in case your computer crashes.

create a recovery disk with the recovery console first thing if you ask sony they will charge you for a copy of recovery disk
