Software to join different individual files into 1 single file

Greetings everyone! Does anyone know a software that I can use to merge/join different individual files into one file. I have the movie "The Transporter 3" consisting of 5 VOB files and would like join these into one file. I have tried Aimersoft Video Joiner without luck; apparently it can't handle files that are too large. Thanks for reading this. Any suggestion?
