    The SIM/USIM card has not been detected or is invalid

    Hi all

    I got a new modem
    " HUAWEI Mobile Connect "
    model E 160 G HSDPA USP Stick

    and whenever I connect it to my laptop

    I get this message

    The SIM/USIM card has not been detected or is invalid



    Can you help me

    seems to me u have 2 choices:

    - go to ISP page (on another pc) to see if theres updated firmware, download it n install
    - contact ISP support n follow instructions or go to store n let them handle problem
