    Cool DLL initialization routine failed

I am using ASUS X55Sr laptop . About once in two weeks after entering password and the desktop appears, it shows the message, shown below.

Just wondering, if there is any problem, why doesn't it show every day, when i turn on my computer?
Is anyone having something similar like this?

Search about the file in google and find out what is it. If it's not necessary for the system remove or disable it from startup. In my opinion it's a incompatibility issue between the OS and a pre-installed ASUS application or tool.

Still wondering, why it appears sometimes. Last seen April 23.

I'd say unless you are using ASUS Security Center, I'd uninstall the program, and be done with it.
