Q> Self-extracting capability for 7z format

I've been trying to figure out how to make a self-extracting zip or 7z file using 7-zip but i cannot find it in the menu. I'm pretty sure it has the feature because it was quoted on their website and i've seen several self-extracting 7z files.
I'm currently using v9.13 beta.. thanks

never heard of google? i spell for u: g-o-o-g-l-e, try using it dozent bite
