Kingston data traveller
Has anybody had problems with Kingston.... The reason i bought one as i thought they were a good make and it was the first available to be used for ready boost on vista or at least ready availably locally...i spoke to Paul/hellnoir about booting from usb key and it wasn't what i expected as it was slow loading and maybe read write speeds...roll on usb 3.0 transfer speeds ....
or is it down to accepting the default format from widows as fat 32 and i have made it useless as i use it mostly for copying avi files to use on the ps3
There are so many to choose from now and the prices are reasonable

I remember Raymond recommending me a drive brand, Corsair, but I don't remember which one exactly it was. He owns one and it's apparently very speedy.

Thanks Paul/hellnoir for getting back to me, i will look for one from Corsair and give it a whirl ... maybe it's by the same company that supplies ram ... and i have read there are quite a few options as to boot win seven vista and xp from usb to install... and i would try it for the experience and the hair pulling...
Have a great day
