how to run acid play games?

I downloaded street fighter from acid play i extracted the files but I am not able to run them please tell me a method to play it

I downloaded the game from here

Open SF2.exe in the new folder. If it doesn't work like that, then download DOSBOX and try though there.

Thanks I was able to play the game with DOSBOx though it was not a good game
