I doubt it may be related to some RAM problem. Wait for our hardware experts.

sujay is right! I have a doubt too that the problem it's related to RAM. It doesn't look like a HDD problem neither...

Is anything coming up on your screen when you try booting up?

I'm guessing it might be a hardware problem, otherwise you should be able to boot from CD. I once had a USB pci card that stopped working and my PC wouldn't boot just like you said, until I figured out the problem.

If you have power, and you here no beeps on your power-up, and you don't get a bios load (option to change/F2), then either:
1. A power cable has come loose or
2. Your bios battery died or
3. Your bios is fried or
4. There is probably a motherboard problem or
5. Someone doesn't like you very much....

It was Bios battery. I replaced it with a new one and now everything works fine.
