    Snow Transformation Pack

Take a look at Snow Transformation Pack. It's one of the most faithful, complete OS X skins. Just download the pack, install it, and two reboots (one is required to disable UAC, another to load modified system files) later your Windows desktop looks remarkably similar to a real Mac running Snow Leopard.

There is an option to select before install. If you want speed choose performance and if you want your PC to look more like a MAC choose full. In this case it will install more things and of course I notice a bit of performance decrement on my PC. But I have to say that this is the best customization pack I have ever seen.

Thank you LizardMan for you replies and installing and giving us an opinion on it Kudo's to you
I ran OSX in VM ware and agreed with paul\hellnoire that the o/s was locked...basicly useless to cutomize, but with this i can see that there would be more options and Apple could do with adopting a few changes themselves..
