Disk Imaging Software
Does anyone out there know of a disk imaging software that is free and as good or better than Ghost or Acronics? Please email me if you do E-Mail removed for security reason

I have had good success using Easeus Todo Backup http://www.todo-backup.com/download/. Also, if you are using Windows 7, under "Backup and Restore" in the Control Panel, you can create a system image.
There may be a bit of snow on the roof, but there is still a fire blazing in the hearth!

I have been using macrium reflect free for morethan a year now.Dottech had a recent comparison between backup software,you can have a look at that.Raymond has done a how-to article on back up using macrium-reflect free.

The best imaging s/ware is without doubt O&O DiskImage.It's never failed me yet unlike Acronis.Just google it and you should pickup a free promo of Version 3 or 4.

Right now, Paragon Backup and Recovery Free Advanced is available. One option it has is to take an image, and you can pick what's in the image.
