The Good
The freebie installs quickly without pushing third party software into the system. Working with the app is piece of cake due to the lack of a rich rack of options or configuration settings.
It moves pretty fast when converting the PDF documents. Drag and drop support makes adding files and folders a cinch. Resolution of the resulting photos is adjustable, and you can define a page range in the document you want to be converted.
The Bad
More features would turn the program into a more appealing choice. Though it is freeware, more options (like combining all the converted pages to a single image file, or rearranging the PDF documents in the list) are always welcome.
The Truth
PDF to JPG Converter is not exactly a complicated tool to work with and does not come with a complicated set of settings or groundbreaking features. It keeps everything simple and does what it has been built for without complicating things, keeping resource usage is within acceptable limits.
However, given the fact that the audience becomes more and more demanding, even with regards to freebies, enlarging the set of options and features would be a great idea.
