Pc keeps standbying if i play simple games
To be honest, i am not sure if it's software or hardware problem
Ok, here are my specs:
O/S: Windows 7 32 bits
PSU: Raidmax 2x 8 cm fans 500W
Motherboard: ASUS P5QL
CPU: Intel E2200
GPU: Nvidia 9500GT (1GB ddr2)
RAM:Kingston 2 gb, 1 stick
So, the problem happens when i play simple(2d, no directx used) games or when i go to NFS 5 Porsche-> options -> and controls.....
It drives me Insane, Please help....
Also, is windows 7's fault, should i get windows xp 32/64 bit on it?

Hi bogdan_mihai58,
Go to Control Panel --> Power Options --> Confirm that Balanced power plan is selected --> Select its settings (Change plan settings) --> Increase the time of sleep (Put the computer to sleep).
Hope it will help you play games flawlessly.

Hi bgdan_mihai58 the specs you have is enough to run win 732 bit and 64bit, Check to see that your graphics card is cooled properly, also check power management,
could be a monitor problem? do you have another to try it with
Windows 7 is a good operating system i wouldn't change it for windows xp and certainly not the 64bit version,
you can always duel boot windows 7 and xp
What version of windows 7 are you running?
Has this only begun recently, or did it occur when you installed win 7

Like JayClub say your NVIDIA is first what came also my mind. So check heat's from graphic card and also of course from whole computer, like harddisc, CPU etc.
You can use example SpeedFan which i post earlier here:

Do you have the latest drivers from Nvidia that are compatible with your system?
