Cool Suggest me an app for showing my network usage

Please suggest me an app that will show me in realtime which apps are using bandwidth. I mean how much download and upload speed it is using currently and may be also the total use.
    means:
    FF: download= 12 kbps upload= 0 kbps, total= 47 Mb
    FDM: download = 40 kbps, upload= 34 kbps, Total= 1 Gb
    Vipre: download=1 kbps, upload 2 kbps, total= 12 Mb.
    etc
Every day brings a chance for you to draw in a breath, kick off your shoes, and dance.

Bandwidth Monitor , Bitmeter , Networx , BWMeter, DU Meter choose any one . Mine choice is NetMeter. It's free.

I don't need to know everything, I just need to know where to find it, when I need it.

Thank you Indra and Aurora... Going to try these one by one..

    ---------- Post added 09-08-2010 at 12:22 AM ---------- Previous post was 09-07-2010 at 09:43 PM ----------

Tried all the free ones out there.. All is showing the total bandwidth used at a specific time and some shows which applications are connected. But I want the bandwidth used by each application and also the total bandwidth.

The one that I use is the Networx.. it is lightweight and free as well. .so far I have been pleased with it. And it shows a lot more than just internet, will also show any usage from your network as well so in case anyone is accessing your machine etc.. worth a look at as well.

I use Network Meter. free, Sits off to the side, and has been surprisingly accurate.
