Daemon Tools Lite "Kernel Debugger" problem

I am Having problem starting Daemon Tools Lite
It is showing this error everytime i want to start it

also please recommend a Free alternative Disk emulator software better than Daemon tools lite

Alcohol 52% is my choice for disk emulating but my girlfriend likes Slysoft Virtual CloneDrive, which I must admit, is much more user friendly.

As for that... I don't think Daemon Tools has been updated to work with Windows 7, but then again, I haven't used it. Ever.

Funkysourav Windows 2000 / XP / 2003 / Vista / Windows7 / XP64 / Vista64 / Windows7 64 DAEMON Tools Lite 4.35.6 this is from filehippo listed is windows 7 64bit not 32bit, like Paul i don't use this, check the version your using.

You're definitely using a quite old version. Download the latest version from the link provided by JayCub.

I uninstalled the Daemon Tools Lite and
while reinstalling it gives this error:

I loved daemon tools(it was great)
but this trouble has made me shift to Alcohol52% and Virtual Clone Drive
which in my opinion aren't good enough compared to Daemon Tools Lite

If you don't mind me asking, what does Daemon Tools do that the other two do not?

Are you using ZA Pro firewall?

I asked because ZA has a known incompatibility issue with Daemon Tools. It happened to me. I had to not use Daemon Tools for weeks until I figured it out. Anyways disable every active security software that you have and try again.

I suggest to use WinCDEmu which is very easy to use.
