Problem with Nero/Ashampoo in Windows 7

Do Nero/Ashampoo have really compatibility issues with Windows7? If someone uses the on a Windows 7 pc may I know what versions are you using...?

Hi, i am using Ashampoo Burning Studio 9,version 9.21 with Windows 7 x64 Home Premium and dont have any Problems.

Just got a reply from Ashampoo Cs and they said:

"Please open Start->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services and then search for an entry called Server. Please start this service and may change it to be started with Windows startup (automatically). Then the Ashampoo Burning Studio should be started properly."

Did just that and Ashampoo was able to open and run. But I encountered the same problem as with Nero10 Lite with the Copy Disc feature. Together with Nero it left me throw away 4 dvd's.

Anyway, I sent them a support ticket again and am waiting for a reply.

In connection with the Ashampoo reply, Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services>Server...when I was with XP SP3 I did not have to make it "Automatic" and just left it alone as "Manual" for it to run in XP. Turning this "Server" on, what maybe implications or say, possible scenarios for me here. Not very good at this one...Need an explanation here.
