since i have used hideipng,it has blocked my IE8 and google chrome but opera which i have installed later is working good .Any solution.

Uninstall it, and avoid such a kind of software like a plague

Until you are doing such things you don't need any proxy. If you want to bypass something lot's of open proxies and vpn's are available there. But buddy beware of Honeypot . There are well known proxies available try to use them
. Also there are few vpn giveaway go and grab one for yourself .
I don't need to know everything, I just need to know where to find it, when I need it.
