Check Microsoft Update (enable it manually). Microsoft provide all major vendor drivers (fully tested and WHQL certified).
Enlist your required drivers and full model of notebook. I can provide you link for official (ASUS) as well as WHQL (Microsoft) drivers. Microsoft provided drivers (mostly latest) for some hardware components are usually more stable and work flawlessly as compared to vendor drivers (personal experience).
To do the job yourself, try to use Unknown Devices (1.4.20) and find latest vendor drivers.

Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate x86 + KIS 2011 (11.0.2.556 b.a.c.d) + Sandboxie Paid (3.54) + Deep Freeze Standard (7.20.020.3398)
I have an ASUS MB in my PC and I could never get their Live Update to work.
I used to visit the ASUS website and get my updates directly from there.
Comodo System Clean 3.0 will tell you the drivers you have installed. It make it easier to detect the drivers you have.
Also try Unknown Device Identifier.
I don't need to know everything, I just need to know where to find it, when I need it.

There is a shareware Micro application driver manager

Thanks for info. I called to ASUS service in Czech republic, they said, that Live Update is not working even on new notebooks for some reasons. Uninstalled that.
I was actually hoping Asus live updates worked, no big deal though going to the website for udates though, seems a bit disappointing.![]()

@JayCub: Do not get disappointed. I always prefer manual downloads of all drivers (local copy can be used later too). Moreover, Microsoft update now supports updates of all major vendors’ drivers. Therefore, it should not be a problem for users (especially advanced users).
I managed to get ASUS Live Update to work just twice, that was immediately after I built the PC, 5 years ago.
The first time it updated the BIOS, the second time it updated the Updater and never worked again.
