Making "live cd" out of an virtual drive

    Hello,

I want to make my own "live cd" that contains WinXP with programs that I want. Can I make it out of an virtual drive file? I'll explain:

I want to prepare a WinXP on a virtual drive, and then when I finish I want to wrap it all together into an bootable live xp. Can I do that? Can I make the virtual drive (any virtual file: vmx, vhd even gib or anything) into a working live bootable xp?
If you have another idea I would like to hear it too (but please not WinPE / BartPE because it won't help me, I need to put the programs I WANT and not the programs that have plugins for them).

THANK YOU VERY MUCH for reading and helping.

A bootable Windows, no matter what version, can not be used or redistributed. MS cracks down on that.

As such, we'd recommend you google... and not post here I'm afraid.
