IE8 Not Holding Configuration

I use IE8 with three toolbars (Google, RoboForm and McAfee Site Advisor), but when I open IE8 the toolbars are not open and sometimes the Tabs or the address bars are missing too.

I have scanned my system for viruses, malware and rootkits and found none.

Please Help!!!!

Run IE8 without add-ons to see if the add-ons are the culprit.
Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)

If it looks OK, then run IE8 as normal and disable the add-ons one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem.

Are you using the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Internet Explorer? 32-bit toolbar add-ins do not work in the 64-bit version of IE. May want to see if this helps.
