Bandwith Distribution

Hi

I am running my cyber cafe and i want that evrybody use equal inernet speed. i have 2mbps speed internet plan.
I want that if sombody downloading something it dose not effect others computer speed.

Is that possible, Web shud be browse at same same speed but dowloading shud be at a limit... means if we have 2Mbps plan when we browse on that it will wrok normally but when somebody download something he?she shud be limited Bandwith for downloading....

Try IE Throttle or Firefox Throttle

http://www.uselessapplications.com/en/Application/FirefoxThrottle.aspx

You can limit the download or upload speed on IE/Firefox browser.

The browsing speed should not be affected because normally all the files are very small and it's multithreading.

It's a browser plugin. You need to install the plugin to either Internet Explorer or Firefox.
