outlook express to outlook 2010

HI,

I would like to import all my old emails and adresbook from outlook express to outlook 2010. I recently bought a new computer with win7 and outlook2010 but now I dont now how to import the mails. They have a different format.

I dont use windows live mail, I read on google that u first have to import it in windows live mail and then to outlook2010. Isnt there another/better way?

Now I have all my old email-data temporaly on an on old laptop with winxp and outlook express...

I suggest you look at Microsoft's KB articles.

No need for WL Mail, just simply export and import according to this.
