Has anyone experienced problems with 4. Walmart Music Downloader says I need to install version 2 or later, so it isn't recognizing version 4. Also Hotmail will not save my IDs. I have to retype everytime. Have been with Firefox support over an hour to no avail. My last question to them was how do I convert back to version 3 without losing my Speed Dial connections but they did not answer. Anyone know how? Thanks.
Here's a link to the older version if you want it, as for how to deal with keeping Speed Dial connections, I wouldn't have a clue, especially when that's an add-on, and not even a supported feature.
i am currently trying out Firefox ver4 and my FDM NoScript and WOT are not compatible so i am running bare. i am downloading FFver 3.6.16 from softpedia now and will be replacing ver4 tomorrow.

Divx addons .. not compatible, but i had them disabled long time ago..
skype extension.. disabled long time ago
No problems so far, and its a little faster.
Went back to 3.6.16 and everything is working well. When uninstalling version 4 when it asks if you want to delete personal settings I chose no and Speed Dial wasn't deleted.
i personally find firefox 4 a lot better than 3 it is superior in speed and is compatible with all my add ons

I just tried logging in to my hotmail and making sure that "Remember me" is checked.
Then I log out and then open hotmail again.
My hotmail ID is saved and clicking on it prompts for password.
Try running Firefox 4 without any plugins and also try clearing cache and cookies.

Thanks Raymond, tried the cleaning cache and cookies yesterday but no change. As soon as I went back to version 3.6 everything worked great. Firefox is coming out with updates for version 4 so I think Ill wait around until all the bugs are worked out.
