Hello,
I've recently upgraded my hardware and so I "repaired" (see bottom note) Windows XP SP3. Everything great except for an annoying issue with the My Documents folder: once opened and scrolled, after some seconds it refreshes itself and all the open windows, as well as the desktop, returning to the top. This is the only folder that has this refreshing issue.
I've found a thread describing the same issue, tried Kelly's registry tweak: Prevent Automatic Folder and Icon Refresh with no luck...

So I'm out of ideas, and reinstalling windows all over only because of such a small but annoying issue... I bet there may be a way to fix it.
