Software for detecting online installer
I need a software for detecting what url a program accessing and ability to copy them.
For example: I don't like online installer and sometimes there's no "redistributable" or offline installer available.
and most (not all) online installer just download the complete offline installer and delete them after installation.
So I need a program to copy the url a program is accessing
Have tried Fiddler but sometime the online installer refuses to connect if Fiddler is active
Thanks and sorry for bad English

Usually, and I do say, usually, a packet tracer software like Wireshark would be good for something like this.
However, you have to be technically minded, and you do need to know how to play with Wireshark a bit.

You might want to look on Youtube for some tutorials or something then.
