    Dropbox and VMware.

    Hi everyone!
Probably everyone already knows about it, but I've just discovered that one can gain the "extra 250 MB" even if the computer in which dropbox is installed is a "virtual computer".
    Cheers.

Yeah, I had a feeling this would work. That and disposable email accounts.

If you want to go though the hassle, be my guest. Your choice, though it would be better to support the service, imo.

I'm not sure I get completely your thought.
However, in more details, in a virtual machine I had to install for other purposes (on a real friend machine), I also installed dropbox by inviting - by chance - that friend from my dropbox account. And I have discovered that.
    That's it.

Dropbox, from what I understand, counts installs and registrations on multiple devices. So if you register under a disposable email, and use VMs, you can get their max amount of free space.

However, it is time consuming, and scamming them of their free service. So it might be better to support the devs and pay them money rather then install all the VMs and do all that with. Just my thoughts.
