Webcam video capture
Please suggest a good webcam video / image capture software. The purpose is to take pictures and record videos using webcam (iBall Face 2 Face C 12.0). I have the driver and software with me. Webcam is working but in the software options are greyed. I did tried the latest driver from iBall site, but it say webcam not connected (whereas I can use it with Google and Yahoo chat without any problems).
I am not concerned about the effects / custom frames and all those fancy stuff. I tried webcam 7 free version but it has their logo printed to all images and video.
Will be happy if anyone can suggest a good tool. Thanks.

Most of the software that is able to record videos using webcam are shareware.
Here is a free one which is untested http://www.camersoft.com/webcam-capture.html

PS.During installation uncheck AVS video editor install because it's shareware.

Thanks Joe. I sort of find refuge in Picasa. I can take snaps and record videos too. The only drawback I feel is that it seems to eat up system resources as my XP gets sluggish when I use Picasa even with 2GB RAM.
