Sounds like your looking for a key logger peste19, if the security on your computer is run by admins then alarms will be raised, why does your computer not have a login-screen and password.

it does have a password but in a event where i cant come to the office for any reason he can access it in case i need something but lately i notice he has been accessing without reasons too, so i wanted first know what type of information he is accessing or what he is doing before accusing him.

Anyways are you aware of any free and good keylogger

I can't honestly recommend a program other than pasword protect your folders, and when your in the Office use a usb key for all your documents, that way it's portable and you can lock your pc when your away if your company allows this... the problem with loggers is they are detected as spyware...
Maybe the best answer is to have a word with the admins, i know it's a pain , buy no-one was allowed access to the company pc i had other than the admins.

usb keys are more than enough these days to hold all information and at least you wouldn't have your colleague accessing your pc..

Raymond or Paul would be better to talk to on this when they are around.

Requesting a keylogger or a spy software is against forum rules. I suggest you read them before asking for them again.

However, if you want to keep your documents safe, use something like AxCrypt or something else to encrypt your files.

Go to download.com, search for keylogger and at click on the "Free" at the right hand sidebar to narrow down your search.
