I use Diskeeper on my main system mostly because it's SSD optimized.
For my USB toolkit and to perform a general one-time defrag of other machines or drives Auslogics defrag portable is the choice. Never had a problem using it on portable devices.

My choice changes with time. But at present I am liking Ultradefrag (not in the list). Small but complete. I don't prefer running defragmenter in background, a feature that is missing in Ultradefrag. Other than that I use Auslogics for occational use. I have used diskeeper, O&O defragmenter previously for real-time defragment, none satisfied me thoroughly.

Honestly don't use one.
Last time I saw a performance gain in defragging was back in Windows 98, when FAT32 was all the rage.
NTFS doesn't fragment as badly as FAT32, but it will still fragment. And under Linux, I know there's no point. (EXT* fragments so little, it's best to just ignore it)

Auslogic. Only needed for my data drive. Usually defrag after adding new system images. A Guy

I'd rather be fishing!
I don't use a Defrag program anymore, since I started running Windows from an SSD.
