Me too tried some time back. But it seems unavailable for Ff 5 onwards. But I use Google Translate add on with FF as that is the only requirement for me. I am sure can find add ons for other features too.

Welcome to Raymond Forum slaterock69. I think it will still work if you use the [url=https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-compatibility-reporter/]Add-on Compatibility Reporter addon. You might also try [url=https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/googlebar-lite/]Googlebar Lite. I don't believe editing the Install.RDF file and the Toolbar.JS file method works any more.

The Add-On Compatibility Reporting addon suggested by A Guy will work.
Just install that and then install/enable Google Toolbar.

It enables all add-ons that are not compatible with the version of Firefox being used. It overrides the extension compatibility checks and enables all add-ons regardless whether they are working or not. All add-ons are automatically activated. You can go further and actually report non working addons, but that won't help in this case. A Guy
