Big Grin The Best Audio Enhancer Software

    Hi there.

For a music lover like myself, audio enhancer software is a must have software to have.
Here the few list of audio enhancer software that i know :
    1. DFX Audio Enhancer
    2. SRS Audio Sandbox
    3. Breakaway Audio Enhancer

Well first of all, let's look at DFX Audio Enhancer. Before the newest version of the DFX Audio Enhancer released, the DFX Audio Enhancer only comes in separate plug in for each media player, which mean that it only comes like DFX Audio Enhancer for Windows Media Player, DFX Audio Enhancer for Winamp and etc. This means that you have to own multiple DFX audio enhancer if you have multiple software. But the newly released DFX Audio Enhancer not only supported most of the known media player like iTunes, Spotify, Windows Media Player, Winamp, VLC media player, RealPlayer, JetAudio, GOM Player, MediaMonkey, foobar2000, BS.Player, and J. River Media Center, it also supported various various video website and on line music website. Well that's a good improvement.

Secondly i want to elaborate SRS Audio Sandbox. This program provide the user with deep and rich bass even for smaller speaker and headphone. It can be used on all website, media player and even games. What more can i say, this is a pretty good software except the interface should be improved.

The last is Breakaway Audio Enhancer.Breakaway Audio Enhancer provides complete audio control over music, videos, web browsers, and games. The reason why is because you can choose weather to choose your Breakaway Pipeline as your Audio Device Input or you can choose your default audio device if you don't like it. It also provide audio wizard to guide you in the audio configuration and manual configuration for advanced user. The interface is simple and very easy to use and understand.

For me, the best audio enhancer software is Breakaway Audio Enhancer. The reason why is because DFX Audio Enhancer only supported certain program and website while the SRS Audio Sandbox is good but i have read a lot of complain with it's newest version. Some advanced user prefer SRS Audio Sandbox because it comes with other enhancer while a novice user might need some time to get used to this software. Plus i thing the interface should be improved for the next version to come.

I have been using Breakaway Audio Enhancer since i have installed this program. Been using many other program but this one in my opinion is the best. The audio does improved drastically regardless if you are using headphone of speaker. Although the price is a bit expensive but i thing it's a good investment for a music lover like me.

I've only tested DFX Audio Enhancer with WinAMP which was many years ago and I agree it came as a separate plugin for different software. However I don't listen much to MP3 nowadays so I don't even have a audio player software installed other than VLC media player.

Thanks for the write up, at least I know which ones to consider using when I need it.

Audacity supports more, does it easier, and cross platform.

    I'd have to disagree.

Thanks, I've used of all them but later stick to DFX. It works well, given the various support to media players, but it kicks well when you partnered it with a good ( 2.1+ speaker ) sound hardware.
