any tool for increasing my BT downloading speed

Hi, everyone!

I am sorry, but I am a big fans of old animes.
I am downloading Voltron. hope some of you here know this anime.

The DVD Box of voltron is too expensive to me, so I have no choice but chose to
download the series by BT.

I have been downloading this anime since October. So it has been two months
since I started the download of this anime. It has just reached 41%.
The download speed is really slow, it never exceeds 4KBs, and that's why I
make the topic and ask for your help.

Could anyone tell me how to increase my BT download speed.

I am using XP SP2 Home, and BitComet 7.0.

kwfine, first of all, the voltron BT that you're downloading MUST have a lot of seeders in order to achieve maximum download speed.

No doubt that there are ways to tweak your system and router to have faster download speed, but if there are only 1 seeders, it'd take weeks or even months to download a DVD.

Raymond's right, the speed of the torrent really depends on the amount of seeders there are. Try using demonoid for some newer torrents.

you can always use the BitComet Accelerator or tweak the number of half-open connections on your system...

if this is still alive I would suggest using utorrent then forward your ports, It also depnds on your download and what they set there upload speeds to

looks like fully registered program..
can set ur DL speed and UL speed,
Btw, can check ur download limition by windows,
i saw inside blog of raymond last nite
