Ok, I have a problem. Both my CD drives went offline and have a yellow marker in device manager. I'm using Windows XP. What's this all about? Since I'm using dual-boot my other Windows recognizes the drives perfectly. I don't know what to do. Heeeelp! I can't even rollback the drivers...

Just find the drivers for the make and model of each CD drive and install them. Shouldn't be too difficult to solve this. Windows should already have drivers for the CD drives, you just have to install it. Goto the yellow question marks in Device Manager and right click on one and click on "Update Driver." Check "Yes, this time only" and then hit next and then have windows install the driver automatically.

Noup. No luck. It reinstalls the same goddamn drivers and this is what I found out... It says: "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" Any other suggestions?
