I have found a software named VirtualModDub, which is a free video editing tool.
But its users have to download quite a lot of required CODEC before they can output the edited video into another format.
Personally, I really hate installed CODEC for a specific video.
You know installing CODEC is of no laughing matter, sometimes you do it at the risk of reinstalling the current OS.
So, I have been googling for a video editing tool that does not require users to install any CODE.
I have got a video show which audio part is so low in volume, and so I just need a tool or actually a player for me to either edit the audio part or increase the output volume. VLC may be a good choice, still it is not the best.
Please tell what software you use to play videos.

I use mPlayer. It uses a small amount of CPU and you can actually open more than 60 at once (don't ask why, I was having fun :D ).
It's a small program and the codec it uses opens everything (except .mov) and it has a installed software volume control that can increase the volume to 1000% (no joke).
Go to: Tools> Options and check the box software volume control / volume boost
Then use the mouse wheel to increase the volume.
This is really the only player I use and have been using for over a year.
