for Newbie and Auto generated filters capabilty apps like Corel Photo Impact X3 ^&^ Photoshop Elements 6...Good Since they are both Easier to use...

I'm using them all actually Adobe Photoshop Cs3 is the best...

I'ts a matter of practice and creativity ..Tutorials are abundance just Google them...
