i would like to install nod 32 with all virus definitions up to date , because i have to install nod on computers with no network acces.

Ah you meant offline definition updates. NOD32 doesn't seems to support this feature. There are ways to do it but it doesn't look good because the update files are not downloaded directly from ESET's website.

i read somewhere that u can get nod updates, and u cand update from cd with some kind of method, now is it possible to make let`s say 1 executabil file that installs nod, and also installs updates from a separate folder?

the Nod32 update servers are only acessible tru the Nod32 Clients only...
