Problem with yahoo messenger

I am having problems installing yahoo messenger. Whenever i double-click the setup, it says "Could not initialize installation. Could not extract Wise0132.dll to 'C:\DOCUME~1\AMMARA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\GLC55.tmp', CRC does not match".

When i go to the above location (C:\DOCUME~1\AMMARA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\), i don't find GLC55.tmp.


Is it due to the missing file GLC55.tmp or is there any other problem.

I Think your first download of the Setup file is broken or missing something.

try to download the setup file again.

If you've closed the setup file, the temporary files are automatically deleted. That's why you couldn't find the file. Try downloading again, it looked like a corrupted file.
