Vista: registry cleaner?

I need one of the best Registry cleaner for Vista 32 bits.When I check the regsitry there are alot of craps that have been left by many progams that I longer use.

Do you have any good suggestion?

Don't know anything about Vista Registry Cleaner (Dont use Vista).
You can try "RegistryBooster 2"

And for the entries and files left by the Programs.
I would recommend you "Your Uninstaller! 2008".
Its a great software
which First remove the software by the Uninstaller provided by the company
Then scan the registry and Directory for the Orphans file and entries and Delete them.
