You mean Microsoft Outlook from Vista to Outlook Express in XP? I have no idea if that can be done or not as it seems like downgrading..

Alessio...when you talk of transferring mail settings, do you mean all email messages in your Windows Mail (in Vista), or is it the address book you wish to transfer?

i found a way to export it all

-e-mails exported manually via drag `n` drop
    -contacts saved in separate folder
-e-mail settings saved in iaf file (make a password save with multipass so u have users passsvord)
