i'm planning to buy an ipod nano but the video format on its website says it can play MPEG-4, can i play mpeg video format in it because the videos on my pc only have the title "mpeg video format".i dont know if it's mpeg-4

MPEG4 will have extensions .mp4

they say that i have to convert it to .mp4/.mov, is there any free converter available on the internet?
