    Dear all,

    First of all thank you and happy to be here to learn and share idea with all of you. Thank Raymond.


    My computer had problem last week, can start the window but all the devices doesnt work at all, such USB port, keyboard and mouse pad.

    Erm.. Remove your battery and turn it on. :D Also, replace your battery since it's defective

    I did tried to take out brattery, but the problem still exist. i can not reboot at all, because all devices are not recognized. My friend told me because of CPU, but i really have no idea.

    Please kindly help.

    I can not afford to get new one of course. my Laptop brand is Packdard Bell, celeron M.
    I had never experienced like this before, first i thought Drivers missing, but actually not.

    I even tried to take out the small Battery of CMOS, but still the problem still exist.

    Help help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Erm.. try cleaning it out of dust.. u might have a hair in it causing the problem..

    So it's your laptop or desktop? How did you take out the CMOS battery in your laptop?

    It could be your USB being disabled in BIOS. Check your BIOS.

    Hi Ray, i could not go into the CMOS because all the devices failed.....USB port, keyboard and even mouse pad.

    my computer is laptop.
