Welcome beau and I hope we can solve your computer problems. Let's take things one by one because shooting all problems in one post can confuse us.
I understand that you have a mouse problem? What about keyboard?
Try this, when you startup your computer, your mouse don't work. Then try unplugging and plugging it back. Can the mouse cursor move?

Well i have a labtop and its a finger-mouse mover and it doesnt work. But when i plug in my moms portable mouse it moves but the keyboard doesnt work:[

I am not sure about your keyboard and mouse but is your wireless network secured?
-

I think the problem with your internet is that the network is secured, you need to input the secure key, either WPA or WEP, in order to connect to your router. Here is a tutorial if you need it:
Windows Vista http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/help/88ea056e-664a-4c3d-b977-13f79cb4dedb1033.mspx
Windows XP http://www.home-network-help.com/connect-to-wireless-network.html
Hope this helps :)
