Hi, I have problem with flashget. When I am downloading files in flashget I cant browse the net, because it is very slow. But if I set limit speed in flashget e.g. 20kb/s, it still in my router options show that it is downloading full speed and browse net is still going slow. How to solve that? thx

Go to Tools > Speed Limit Mode > and select Manual.
Bandwidth for FlashGet is controlled by the user by using a slidebar on the status bar (lower-right corner of the window). The slider is very small so you have to look carefully.

You have to select Remember in Tools > Speed Limit Mode to remember your selection or else it will reset to Unlimited when you restart FlashGet.

thx raymond, but I`m not so big lama :)

Problem is that in my router it shows that I am downloading full speed. When I am looking e.g. internet TV on my notebook, and work on pc, and downloading with flashget, I can`t, because TV is going very slow. But when I set speed limit in my router (same, or higher speed, than limit in flashget), and flashget could be unlimited, then TV is going well.

I've personally tried FlashGet's speed limit and it worked OK. I limit to 10KBps but it downloads at 20KBps...

Or you could try using Orbit Downloader.
