Need Wireless Set Up Help

Hello experts,

I recently bought a router with the brand of TP Link. I tried to configure the router using the WPA/WPA2 setting but was not successful. I was able to set it up on the site but when i tried accessing the internet from the laptop it gives me a message saying: "unable to find certificate or crediatials for this network"

Please help anyone. thanks for your help in advance.

Try WEP first and see if that work?
